It was a really bright and spacious property with three good sized bedrooms. What is more, the garden of the property is completely enclosed and therefore it is very private. Another boon is that the property is very close to the city centre so he has no long journeys into work. I wish him all the luck in the world in his new home and feel that he has invested wisely.
